This has been a long week. We took into already over crowded foster homes 3 moms with litters...one who gave birth Nov 29 2012 on cold concrete and no shelter from the cold at a local kill shelter. I failed to find a safe haven for two adult males however and I am morning the thought of them going to the kill shelter tomorrow...

In the photo you will see Mia who gave birth to 9 pups on Thanksgiving Day 2012, two weeks after coming to us...she lost one pup but has accepted 6 others after their mother was shot and killed after she attacked a horse - of course someone dumped her to try and survive on her own...and to give birth to her babies in the best place she could find...very very sad...

This is Georgia. Circle Of Hope K9 Rescue was alerted to this poor girls plight just a few days ago (Jan 18, 2012) by wonderful people who gave her shelter and care after she was callously dumped by an uncaring owner. Her skin is severly infected, she has a terrible yeast infection in her ears...she dripped blood as she walked...we are determined to bring this girl to a FULL recovery and find her a wonderful forever family!! Daddy Dog and puppies

On Oct 27, 2011 a cold rainy cloudy day, I was on my way to our vet's office I got a call about a mom and pups fending for them self in the middle of nowhere. so far away I called loyal COH volunteer Pam to run out and check on them - see what we could do.

Saturday Sept 24, 2011 we responded to a call for help. We discovered between 35 - 40 dogs in deplorable conditions. I have posted but one of the video's of many taken that day. There are several puppies and adults. These poor souls are in desperate need of medical attention and foster homes.

Daniel is recovering very well from surgery! He is feeling better and showing us just how happy and lively he can be! His stitches will be removed in about 10 days if all continues well!

Daniel is a pup that was thrown from the window of the moving truck does have a broken and crushed leg...he is just now 10 weeks old. Today July 6, 2010 we visited our local kill shelter. We left with a small Min Pin mix we decided to name Sybil.

Sybil, a 10 to 12 year old girl was left at the shelter with damaged and severely infected eyes. We took her directly to our vet Dr. Allison Climber and the diagnosis was not good for poor sweet Sybil.
